Claymore Shop has served Metro Detroit with traditional style and exceptional service since 1966. Preserving our legacy within our community and extending it to an even wider audience is our mission. Flexibility and customization are the keys to successfully serving our customers going forward. While we prefer to see our customers face-to-face in our shop, we know that that isn’t always possible. We want to connect with our customers wherever they are in the world and to let them know how we can help them look and feel their best for any occasion.
We are excited to have the opportunity to connect with our community in several different ways, whether it’s via our new website, which already allows you to schedule in-store appointments for consultations or fittings, or through video, print, and written content that keeps you up to date with the brands and products that we offer. This allows us to serve you in a combination of ways that suit you personally. We also plan to support online purchases of our core collection via our new e-commerce platform, which is scheduled to launch in Q1 of 2022.
The most important thing to us, besides helping you look and feel your best, is ensuring that it’s a two-way process. We would encourage you to explore our new content and engage with us to let us know your thoughts and suggestions. As always, we are here at the shop in Birmingham, MI, and look forward to seeing you soon.
