Returns & Exchanges
We encourage you to contact us regarding any questions or concerns you may have about your selections, especially with regard to fit, sizing, and our Returns & Exchanges Policy, prior to placing your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
- Items that have been altered in any way are ineligible for return or exchange.
- Requests for return or exchange must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order.
- If you believe that there has been an error with your order, such as incorrect or incomplete items, or the items were received in a damaged or defective condition, you must contact us immediately upon receipt of the items and no later than 7 days after receipt prior to initiating any return or exchange.
- Items which meet all of the following conditions will be accepted for return:
- The item must be unworn and in its original and salable condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with its price tag attached.
- Shoe soles must show no evidence of sole scratching. If they are tried on, a soft, carpeted surface is recommended.
- The item must be accompanied by its original receipt.
- Pre-ordered items pay be returned for store credit only.
- Shipping fees (and duties/taxes for international orders) are non-refundable.
- Exchange of an item for another color or size will depend on the item’s availability when the returned item is received by us. If the desired size or color is not available, you will be provided with a store credit or a refund at your choosing. We absorb the cost of shipping exchanged items.
