At Claymore Shop, we take pride in offering only the finest in traditional men’s clothing. Our return policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and service.
In-Store Purchases
We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items that are in salable condition, with original tags and packaging intact, within 30 days of purchase. Items must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Full-Price Merchandise: Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method or an exchange.
- Sale Items: Eligible only for store credit or exchange. All clearance items are final sale.

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances: - Custom and made-to-measure garments
- Altered garments
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or monogrammed garments
- Undergarments and swimwear
- Heavily worn, damaged, or improperly cared-for items
- Gift cards
Online Purchases
For our online customers, we provide returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in salable condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Full-Price Merchandise: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Sale Items: Eligible only for store credit or exchange. All clearance items are final sale.

Please note: Shipping charges for online purchases are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- In-Store Returns: Visit our store with your item, original receipt, tags, and packaging for immediate assistance.
- Online Returns:
- Email our customer service team at kurtis@claymoreshop.com or call 248-642-7755 to start the process.
- We will provide instructions and a return authorization number (RA#).
- Carefully pack your return with the RA# included on the label and ship to:

Additional Information
- Gift Returns: Items purchased as gifts may be exchanged for store credit only.
- Final Sale Items: All clearance and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your return for your refund or exchange to be processed.
